Does Help The Persecuted publish an Annual Report?

Why doesn't Help The Persecuted file a form 990?

Operational security is both a necessity and a responsibility at Help The Persecuted. We serve persecuted Christians in hostile regions where Form 990's required public disclosures—staff names, locations, and our local organizations—would create a targeting list for oppressive governments and extremists. Our non-profit status provides the best protection from government interference or overreach and helps protect religious freedom for the ministry.

As an Association of Churches, we're exempt from these disclosures while maintaining full financial accountability through independent audits and annual reports. If you're looking for specific financial information not reflected in our published reports, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to assist.

Our legal status protects those who depend on our discretion for their survival—because for the underground churches and families we serve, one disclosure could be fatal.
