The earthquake that rattled the Syria-Turkey border devastated areas that were already in ruin, crushed by the heavy burdens of war, poverty, and trauma. Persecuted Christians who were struggling to survive before the disaster have been hit with yet another catastrophic wave of suffering.

Our Field Ministry Team has jumped into action, focusing on the underserved and hard-to-reach areas of Syria. We are meeting the urgent and growing needs of earthquake victims by:
- Traveling to Aleppo and other affected areas in Syria, assessing needs
- Bolstering our local church partners with Lightning Funds, enabling them to provide immediate help in their communities
- Providing food, water, shelter, and heat to those on the streets as winter storms hit
- Forming a pastoral care team focused on caring for grieving and traumatized believers and sharing the Gospel with others
We are poised to bring immediate rescue to our persecuted brothers and sisters, bringing tangible help and spiritual support…but we can’t do it without you.
